Inherit the earth forever

Isaiah 60:18-22 “Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor ruin within your borders. And you shall call your walls Deliverance, and your gates Praise. “No longer is the sun your light by day, nor does the moon give light to you for brightness, but Yahuah shall be to you an everlasting light, and your Elohim your comeliness. “No longer does your sun go down, nor your moon withdraw itself, for Yahuah shall be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended. “And your people, all of them righteous, shall inherit the earth forever – a branch of My planting, a work of My hands, to be adorned. “The little shall become a thousand, and the small one a strong nation.  I, Yahuah, shall hasten it in its time.”

What a beautiful prophesy still to happen.

Read also Psalm 37 as to who the people are that will inherit the earth.

How we long for this time, when we inherit the earth with no violence and no wickedness. No bribing, no man-made laws, no sexual whorings, no idol worshipping, no religion and no more falsehood.

Read also of this prophesy in Revelation 21:4, Revelation 21:23 and Revelation 22:5.

“And Elohim shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away.”

And the city had no need of the sun, nor of the moon, to shine in it, for the esteem of Elohim lightened it, and the Lamb is its lamp.

And night shall be no more, and they shall have no need of a lamp or the light of the sun, because Yahuah Elohim shall give them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

Yah will be their looking after us and we will be His people.

May this promise come quickly.

Thank you Yahusha for bringing us this good news.

Yah may Your Ruach teach us and keep us safe.

Covenant with man

Very important to understand with whom did YAH make a covenant and what promises where given in the process.

In Genesis 28:13, YAH said to Jacob the land on which he was lying, would be given to him and his seed.

This promise of the land to Jacob was fulfilled many years later when Joshua and the people went into the land to live in.

Further in Genesis 28:14, YAH said to Jacob, his seed will become like the dust of the earth, other words they would become many people.

YAH added his seed would grow so large by spreading out to the four corners of the earth and all the families of the earth shall be blessed by them.

Here is the understanding: The covenant was made to a people and not to a land. No matter where these people lived the covenant was with them, not the land they lived in.

Break it down further: Only a remnant of Jacob's seed will keep the covenant. It is a remnant of people, not a land. Many from Jacob’s seed did not walk in the covenant when they were in the promised land. If a part of Jacob’s seed decided not to walk in His covenant, are they considered His people?

Many foreigners or strangers from other nations accepted Yah’sways and walked in the covenant, are they considered His people?

Today there are only a remnant walking in the covenant, including a mixed multitude. They are grafted into Israel, and known as Yah’s people.

The land that was given to Jacob was known as the promised land. Jacob's seed was living in the promised land within areas of their tribes, example Gad, Dan, Judah, Reuben, Ephraim and so forth.

Who is Yasrael (Israel)?

Jacob’s name was changed to Israel and his children became known as the children of Israel. To understand the promise Yah made with Jacob, each one of us coming into the faith need to understand the meaning “Israel.”

Once you understand the true meaning of Israel, then you will know Yah’s covenant.

It is not the land that is Israel, it’s the people that are in this land of which the nation is called Israel. Father did not tell Jacob or his seed to name the promised land Israel.

Is it making any sense?

Father says my people hear my voice!

Israel is those who hear and obey Yah’s voice. Those who do not hear and obey are not Israel.

Restore the Kingdom to Israel

YAH said to Jacob during his deep sleep, the land that he was on (lying down on) is promised by YAH to be his and his future seed. Jacob’s seed of which are the 12 sons shall be as the dust of the earth, be all over the earth and the families of the whole earth shall be blessed in Jacob and his 12 sons. (Genesis 28:13-14)

Many years later YAH speaks to Ezekiel the prophet.

YAH said, Judge the people Ezekiel, tell them about all their sins commented against Me. (Ezekiel 20:4)

Ezekiel speaks to the people about their history, starting off where YAH made an oath on the day He chose Israel to bring them out of Egypt into a land flowing with milk and honey. (Ezekiel 20:5-6)

Ezekiel says YAH told them not to defile themselves with Egypt’s idols but to get rid of these abominations. (Ezekiel 20:7)

YAH took them out of Egypt and led them into the wilderness. In the wilderness YAH gave them His laws, spoken directly by Him through His breath (His Spirit). YAH gave them His Sabbaths (7th day Sabbath and the feasts) which if they kept would be a sign to YAH that they are His people set-apart from others.(Ezekiel 20:10-12)

The people rebelled against YAH by not walking in His laws and profaned the Sabbaths and He poured out His wrath upon them. He also said they will not see the land of which He made an oath to give to them because of their sins.(Ezekiel 20: 13-17)

YAH told the next generation not to walk as their fore-fathers did but to walk in His laws and His Sabbaths (7th day Sabbath and feasts) which if they kept would be a sign to YAH that they are His people set-apart from others.

The following generation entered into the land, flowing with milk and honey. This oath made by YAH to Jacob was fulfilled. What was the conditions for staying in the land?(Ezekiel 20: 18-20)

But they too rebelled against YAH by not walking in His laws and profaning His Sabbaths. The other abominations were offering their slaughterings and gifts on high hills under trees. These abominations included offerings of their children and serving wood and stone.

Because of their rebellion YAH scattered them all over the earth among the other nations and gave them up to laws that were not good for them.

The scattering did not take place immediately but over time through other nations. (Ezekiel 20:21-32)

Many years later as prophesied; this time YAH will make them pass under the rod and bring them into the bond of the covenant. Is this the time of Messiah, who came to re-new the covenant and take the punishment?

YAH says a time will come when people will realize the wrong they committed against Him and start to seek the truth.

He said there where the people are scattered YAH will come with a mighty hand and with wrath poured out to gather them and shall enter into judgement with them as He did with their fore-fathers in the wilderness. YAH will purge the rebels from among them.

He will bring them out from the people in that land (not physically from the land) and He will be set-apart in them (His Spirit in them). Will He send His Spirit to His people scattered in the earth – let’ssee what Messiah says later.

His people will remove the idols and start to remember His Name. He will kindle a fire in His people to remove every green tree from all faces of the earth. Does this not sound like our generation scattered all around the earth, removing the charismas tree and speaking His Name?(Ezekiel 20:34-49)

Years later……………

Messiah’s disciples asked Him, would You now restore the kingdom to Israel? Note They asked if He would retore the kingdom to Israel not the kingdom of Israel.

Messiah said it is not important for them to know this now.

This He said was important for them! They will receive the power of the set-apart Spirit, to be His witnesses in Jerusalem first, then Judea and Samaria, and then to the ends of the earth. (Acts 1:6-8)

Why to the ends of the earth – because that is where the scattered people of YAH is found.

Is this not where we are now and should we not have received the set-apart Spirit to be His witness here in the scattered nations.

This is why we are celebrating the feast of Shavuot, for the power given to us through His Spirit, to walk in His laws, to keep His Sabbaths, plus to heal and many other gifts given from His Spirit.

We must not forget as history reminds us it is very important: we need to walk in His ways.

Do we want YAH to know we are His people; keep the Sabbaths, it’s His sign, do not profane it and He will know who His chosen people are all around the earth.

What did Genesis 28:14 promise.

Hatched adders

Yah says His saving hand is still available for those who want to be saved.

He will hear the cries of people’s prayers but the people need to turn away from sin (lawlessness).

Their iniquities have separated them from Yah and their sins have made Yah not to hear their prayers. (Isaiah 59:1)

So called believers hands are covered with blood, doing iniquity, speaking falsehood and lies.

Few people calling for doing right and asking for truth.

They would rather trust the media, speak words that are meaningless but bring only trouble that ends in wickedness. (Isiah 59:2-3)

Their schools are a web for young people to teach them wicked ways and grow up to live unrighteous.

The next generation are then taught by these people who lived unrighteous for wrong to increase.

They have been taught to be wicked and the cycle continues till there is no righteousness found anywhere on the earth.

The works of their hands are violence and doing wrong.

They have no problem shedding innocent blood be it directly or indirectly, it becomes normal for them to be part of the wrong.

They do not have inner peace, the only path they follow is wickedness. (Isaiah 59:4-5)

Many looks for answers but do not find it. They look for light but find only darkness.

It’s like being blind trying to find the way but the only outcome is a dead-end. (Isaiah 59:6-9)

Many become angry and some moan about the situation but do nothing: deliverance is far away.

But still they kept increasing with wickedness (sin) and they know it’s the cause of their fall.

Adders are hatched in each new generation.

Many confess to be believers and think they can hide their sins from Yah.

They preach lies and falsehood from their heart, turning further away from Elohim.

Righteousness stands far off and truth is nowhere to be seen or heard. (Isaiah 59:10-11)

Truth is found less and less and those who want to turn away from sin find themselves under pressure and eventually give up.

Yah was not pleased seeing the wickedness and in these days, He too will not be pleased. (Isaiah 59:12-15)

Looking at today, are we in the same position as the past where there is no to little truth found.

Is Yah also far off and not hearing those who are calling out to Him because of sin. (Isaiah 59:16)

The difference between Isaiah’s times and now is the Messiah come to pay for the sins of the people but lawlessness is still here today.

Even though Messiah has paid the price does not mean truth is no longer required.

Yah has not changed, separation from Yah is still at hand for those who are with sin. It does not mean we can continue in sin because Messiah has taken our punishment for our transgression against Yah.

We need to be moving away from the wrong path and to walk in Yah’s path of righteousness.

We are not righteous but in Yah’s way we walk in righteousness.

Sin is lawlessness which leads to death.

Law leads us on the ways of Yah to deliverance.

Messiah did not take sin away; he only paid the death penalty for sin (those who sinned when they turned back (repented) to Yah and His ways).

He restored the covenant for us to be a family with Yah again.

We do not do the works of the law but we do the love of the law.

We need to teach the next generation the ways of YAH and not the way of the adders.
