The light

Luke 8:16; when a lamp is lit, no one will cover it with a blanket or put it under the bed. The lamp will be placed on a high stand so that everyone can see.

The light is a person that accepted the Spirit of Messiah and he/she lives the light through Yahusha (Jesus). Only good works (good fruit) comes from the person that has Messiah's Spirit in them.

The good works must be seen by everyone, other words do not confess that you are a believer in Messiah but nobody can witness or see the actions of your good fruit.

Not talking good works of the flesh but good works of belief.

Luke 8:17; whatever is hidden shall be revealed and whatever is secret shall be known and come to light.

If a person confesses to be a believer in Messiah by their lips only (living a double life of light and darkness), other words they say they believe but there is no action of this belief. Only to the outside is the light seen but on the inside there is only darkness. Verse 17 says what is hidden (dark secrets) in the heart shall by time be known or be revealed.

Not sure about you but I see in these days we live in, how Yahusha is revealing much unto those who obey Him!

Luke 8:18; Listen very closely. Whoever has the true light, to him more shall be given and whoever does not have true light, even what little true light he thinks he has, that little light he has shall be taken from him.

Unto those who hear and obey whatever truth Yahusha brings to them, He brings more truth. However, those who do not hold on to whatever truth He brings, they lose it all, even that which they think they have.

These are very hard words and sometimes we try and avoid these words but the fact is they should be taken seriously.

Let Yahuah's light shine through you! let your works of belief be seen by all those who come into contact with you.

Isaiah refer to the Messianic age

The prophet Isaiah spoke about the future of the Messiah in Isaiah 61:1-3; The Spirit of the Master Yahuah is upon Me, because Yahuah has anointed Me to bring good news to the meek. He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim release to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound, to proclaim the acceptable year of Yahuah, and the day of vengeance of our Elohim, to comfort all who mourn, to appoint unto those who mourn in Tsiyon: to give them embellishment for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. And they shall be called trees of righteousness, a planting of Yahuah, to be adorned.

Who spoke here, was it Isaiah!

Listen to what is written Luke 4:18-19; The spirit of Yahuah is a upon Me, because He has anointed Me to bring the Good News to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the broken-hearted, to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send away crushed ones with a release,.....

Lets read two verses back in Luke 4:16-17 And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up. And according to His practice, He went into the congregation on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read. And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And having unrolled the scroll, He found the place where it was written:

It is no other then Yahusha the Messiah speaking.

What did Messiah do after reading verse 18-19 in Luke 4; And having rolled up the scroll, He gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all in the congregation were fixed upon Him. And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been filled in your hearing” - Luke 4:20-21.

In Luke 4:21; Messiah said that what Isaiah said many years back, He has now fulfilled. The first time Yahusha read in the synagogue, He read verses 1 & 2 from Luke 4, but stopped in the middle of verse 2 as verse 1 and part of 2 was about His first mission on earth and the rest of verse 2 and verse 3 is about judgment on the day of Yahuah at His return.

In Luke 4:24-27; Messiah said that nobody in His own country of Israel would believe Him but mostly only gentles, just as the Israelites did not believe the prophet Isaiah but only the Sidonian woman and the heathen in Naaman the Syrian believed.

What about when Messiah returns again in the near future, who will believe and who will not believe. It will be actually the same as before, very few will believe Him when He returns.
Many people are going to be confused into believing that He is the real Messiah.

Many people will actually believe the anti-Messiah when he shows up, because so many churches are teaching a different doctrine that they will not recognize the real Messiah.

The real Messiah will return and act according to what the scripture proclaims Him to be.

Are we going to accept Him when He returns or are we going to reject Him the way they did previously.

The only way to know that our Messiah is in fact the living true Messiah Yahusha is to Know the truth. You will know what to look out for if you know His Word and walk His Word.

This is not fresh news! This is written all in scripture for anybody who wants to know Him, to follow Him. If you have a close relationship with Yahuah, you will recognize Him when He arrives.

The narrow gate

Matthew 7:13-16, Luke 13:23-28, Messiah said we must enter through the narrow gate. This narrow gate is hard pressed meaning the way is full of afflictions, but this narrow gate leads to everlasting life once we find it.

Matthew 7:13-16 “Enter in through the narrow gate! Because the gate is wide – and the way is broad – that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter in through it. “Because the gate is narrow and the way is hard pressed (afflicted) which leads to life, and there are few who find it. “But beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are savage wolves. “By their fruits you shall know them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes or figs from thistles?

This will be Life with our Heavenly Father Yahuah forever, with no sadness, sickness, slavery, stress, aging and pain. Very few will find this narrow gate to everlasting life. The reason why few will find this narrow gate to life is the deception by satan's lies and people who fall for his lies. The entertainment, nice to have things and riches are much more attractive then the path of righteousness. Satan uses corrupted church leaders, governments, school teachers, family and many other to draw us away from truth. Today we are taught that Heavenly Father Yahuah's law have been removed by His Son when He was on earth.

Abortion, divorce, same sex marriage, homosexual, drunkenness, idol worship, mix worship and adultery to name a few are now found to be acceptable. Man tells us that we can continue in this lawlessness as we are saved by grace alone.

Man says we are weak therefore it is impossible to keep Yahuah's laws, so we need only to confess that we believe in Him and we will be saved.

Why then would Messiah say that very few would find this narrow gate, if only we had to do is accept Him.

It is very easy to say with our lips that we believe in Yahusha the Messiah and confess that He is our savior and do nothing more. We carry on sinning because we are under grace and no longer under the law.

If this was the case then many would find the narrow gate, but this is not what Messiah says.

Do not be fooled,  Satan is lying.

Matthew 7:13-16, Luke 13:23-28, Messiah also said that the gate to destruction is very wide and many, many people will enter through it.

Luke 13:23-28 “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, because many, I say to you, shall seek to enter in and shall not be able. “When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Master, Master, open for us,’ and He shall answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’ then you shall begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’ “But He shall say, ‘I say to you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of unrighteousness.’ “There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the reign of Elohim, and yourselves thrown outside.

Very tough words from the Messiah.

Why are many people finding this wide gate instead of the narrow gate.  Most people are looking for the entertainment gospel, where priests entertain them, make them feel good. People only want to feel good after the priest/pastor preached. It is called the feel good gospel, or prosperity gospel. I call it the bubblegum gospel.

These preachers will avoid preaching from the book of Daniel or Revelation, in fact any part in scripture where warnings are given or the verses are a bit hard on the ears.

The preacher will avoid a sermon that is hard on the soul (being hit over the knuckles) as many people will not come back because it does not feel good.

People say, Father Yahuah was only wrath in the Old Testament, and this is no longer applicable today.

Not so, you need to read your scriptures.

The priest will also not rebuke anybody that is out of line as he will lose income if that person leaves. This is the reason why so many people do not fear sinning because they are being told that forgiveness and believe is only required today.

People get drunk on a Friday and then confess their sins on Sunday and then everything is forgiven. The next Friday the cycle starts again, get drunk and then ask forgiveness on Sunday. This is just one example of how we think the Good News of Messiah is today.

Satan is misleading many, we need to wake up before it is too late.

Yahusha said that those that call Him Master, Master (Lord, Lord), "I never knew you, depart from Me."

The wide gate leads to destruction, the narrow gate is Messiah's way, this gate is the path to everlasting life.

I pray that all of us that have ears will hear.

Command 9

“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour” - Exodus 20:16.

What do the Scriptures tell us about Yahuah, His Word and truth? “Every word of Yahuah is pure…” Proverbs 30:5.

Daniel refers to Yahuah's Word as “the Scripture of Truth” - Daniel 10:21.

Yahusha (Jesus) said of Yahuah the Father, “Your word is truth”- John 17:17.

Our personal relationship with Yahuah through His Son Yahusha Messiah begins with our acceptance of and surrender to Yahuah's Word as truth. To be disciples of Messiah we must resolve to consistently speak the truth demonstrating the sincerity of our love for others. We must also accept and obey, as “the way of truth,” the 10 Words (Commandments) and teachings of Yahuah.
Psalms 119:30, I have chosen the way of truth; Your right-rulings I have held level.
Psalms 119:151, You are near, O Yahuah, and all Your commands are truth.
Psalms 119:160,  The sum of Your word is truth, and all Your righteous right-rulings are forever.

It is almost impossible nowadays to be certain who if anyone is telling the truth. Almost everyone tries to balance the risk of being caught against the perceived benefits of lying. Some businesses display amazing creativity in camouflaging deceit when they advertise their products. Almost everywhere we can spot individuals, businesses and other organizations involved in a sophisticated game of seeing how deceptive they can be without attracting lawsuits or alienating potential customers.

Lying is an accepted way of life.

Then as now, people routinely inject deceit into their relationships, personal, social, political, religious and economic. The dearth of honesty is so widely accepted that public censure no longer even discourages lying. That demand must come from within.

Are you truthful?

Now comes the important question to you personally: Do you lie? Maybe it would be kinder to word the question a little differently.
Just how important is being truthful to you?
Or reversing the coin.
Is lying unacceptable to you?

You need to ask and answer them truthfully to yourself. Temptations to lie never cease. They are always present. Lying is such a quick and effortless way to gain an advantage over others. It appears to offer easy and swift escape from embarrassment, fear and guilt. But the Bible says, “Lying lips are abomination to Yahuah: but they that deal truly are his delight” - Proverbs 12:22.

We face a fundamental choice. We follow Yahuah's example of truthfulness and honesty in our actions and communications or we follow the example of the originator of lying, Satan.

Learning to be firmly and consistently truthful requires self-discipline and courage and in our firmness and consistency we must rely on help from Yahuah.

Everything in the life of a believer is anchored to truth. Yahuah wants us as His children to commit ourselves to truth and reflect it in everything we do.

That is why Yahuah commands us: “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.”
