Faith & Praise

Faith means acting on what He the Creator has said to you personally, from His Word, from His Set-apart Spirit (Holy Spirit) and to your spirit directly-- with firm belief that what He has said, He is well able to do!

Faith that is genuine, acts, declares, and praises Yahuah.

Faith is – to boldly go forth in praise and action based on what He has already said!!!

We are facing some very powerful forces of evil in our world today, which are only going to get worse before Messiah comes.
Using His Name and His Word in praise is the most powerful of all the weapons of our warfare! All of us can stand in the face of crushing blows from the enemy and declare: “Yahuah reigns!”

We can all declare from Isaiah chapters 40-45: “I am Yahuah, and besides Me there is no other god”.

We can all declare the powerful Psalms. We can all declare His might in creation. We can all declare Yahusha’s (Jesus) right to sit on the throne in Jerusalem. We can all declare His right to rule the universe and all that is in it. We can all declare the coming of Messiah, to rule and reign over the earth!

We can all praise Messiah for His salvation. The enemy will run from that!

It is when we submit our minds to his manipulation, and get into whining, complaining, fear, anxiety, stress, worry, and negative thoughts, that the enemy has an open door to slip through.

Heavenly Father uses faith – faith in what He has said. Everything He does is from faith in response to the words out of His mouth.

Isaiah 55:8-11, “…My Word that goes out of My mouth—it does not return to Me empty, but shall do what I please, and shall certainly accomplish what I sent it for”!

The best spiritual warfare is you’re declaring and proclaiming His victory.
When you praise – your faith is raised and proclaimed.

Praise is the confession of faith, but also praise makes our faith rise to new heights, so that we soar like an eagle!

We praise You Almighty Yah!

Father's sadness

In Jeremiah 2, Heavenly Father Yahuah speaks to His prophet regarding Israel's disobedience and idolatry.
Verse 2, Father says He remembers how His people came after Him, with loving commitment.
Verse 3, Israel was set apart to Heavenly Father and in verse 5, Father asks Israel what unrighteous has He done to them that they rejected Him.
Verse 7, Father tells them that when He brought them into the Promised Land they defiled it and made His inheritance an abomination.
Verse 8, everyone rejected Father, even the priests, those who taught the Torah and the prophets prophesied by Baal (Lords of the Canaanites).
In verse 9, Father says he will still contend (judge) them and also contend their children's children.
His chosen people have saddened Father by doing 2 evils, namely: forsaken Him and going after false idols. This complete chapter is the sinning of Israel and how these sins sadden Heavenly Father Yahuah. Even when the people were busy disobeying Yahuah, they still expected His help whenever they were in trouble (verse 6).

Today the same thing is occurring, we only need Him when we are in trouble or when there is sickness but when everything is going well we then put Him back on the shelf till the day we need Him again.
We use Him like a vending machine.
Israel wanted the entertainment of other nation’s idols but still wanted to be able to ask Father Yahuah for help.
It is done the same manner today, we serve Father in certain times and most other times participate with the wicked ones of the world.
Father has a lot of mercy but His patience does eventually run out.
We have been taught since childhood to tolerate what Yah hates.

Jeremiah 2:19, Yahuah says to the people that it is evil that caused them to forsake Him and they no longer fear Him.

In today times there is also no fear of hurting Heavenly Father! If we feared Him we would stay away from sin but it is being said that Father was only feared in the Old Testament.

Today He is no longer the Creator that punishes us; we are allowed to do what we want as there is no more fear of our lawless actions.
Verse 20 & 27, Father tells us of the people worshipping a green tree on a hill with idols/whores under the tree.
Can this be a similar green tree most people have in their house during the December holidays were presents are put under the tree?

In verse 23, the people said that they have not defiled the land by going after Baal worship (they saw mix worshipping of Father and Baal as okay, which is similar today).
Verse 25-26, Yahuah says that they must stay away from these things but the people did not listen.

And when they are caught out they feel ashamed but still they do not repent (turn back) and follow Heavenly Father truly.
Verse 28-29, people look at Yah only when in trouble just as most people do today.
In the last verse (37) of Jeremiah 2, Yahuah says to Israel they will also leave these false gods (get tired of them) and go to another idol.

He will reject them and they will not prosper.

Think about this for a moment, are you truly following Him or are you mixing the Almighty Father with other things of the world.

Scripture is very clear that Father will not accept mix or half-hearted worshipping.

Repent, turn away from the worldly system and follow Messiah Yahusha (Jesus) with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength.

Messiah Yahusha (Jesus) is the only way.

Other Nations

Jeremiah 10:2, this said Heavenly Father Yahuah, "Do not learn the way of the nations, and do not be filled with wonder by the signs of the heavens (sun, moon, stars), for the nations do them.

Father is asking us not to do or to be part of any nation that worships idols!
How many people read the daily star signs not knowing this is against Yahuah’s will. Reading weekly horoscopes is all witch craft and we as believers must not be a part of this.
That is why Yahuah is saying to us not to look at the signs of the heavens because they cannot predict anything or say anything as they are not alive but are only material with no soul.

Deuteronomy 17:3, and has gone and served other false gods and bowed down to them, or to the sun or to the moon or to any of the host of the heavens, which I have not commanded you.
Or any other creature on earth, or fish in the waters, or anything below the earth.

We may not serve anything of the creation but only the Creator we must serve.
Nations are those who are not in covenant with Heavenly Father, nor born-again in Messiah, they are known as Gentiles (heathens).

Leviticus 18:3-4, do not do as they do and follow their laws, guard only Father's laws.
Deuteronomy 12:30, guard yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them............
Deuteronomy 18:9 ... Do not learn the abominations of those nations.

Ephesians 4:17-18, and witness in the Messiah, that you should no longer walk as the nation’s walk, in futility of their mind, been darkened in their understanding, ....... because of the hardness of their heart.

Walk in Yahusha Messiah (Jesus) footsteps, not in the man-made (nations) footsteps.

1 Peter 4:3, For we have spent enough of our past in doing the things of the nations, having walked in indecencies, lusts, drunkenness, sex orgies, wild parties and abominable idolatries.

A true born again believer does not do the things of the world, full stop!

Nothing is new, what was done in Jeremiah's time is still been done today, indecencies, lusts, drunkenness, sex orgies, wild parties and abominable idolatries are happening today just as the times of old.
Father warned the Israelite's not to do as the other nations did and today so called believers are still doing the same things.
The scary part is that believers today think it is acceptable because they are been taught that we live by grace only and Father's laws are no longer applicable.

Look today at the state of the world, our country, everything is falling apart, everybody in leadership is corrupt.
This is exactly the same today as it was in the time of the prophet Jeremiah. Nothing is new; it just repeats itself over and over! People do not remember the past mistakes.

Father is warning us to turn back to Him and obey His voice! If we ignore His warning then we will have the same outcome as Israel had in Jeremiah's time.
We will be punished by the other nations of which Father said we must stay away from.
Hear these words and take action.

The Enemy

Ya’cob (James) 4:4: “Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with Elohim? Whoever, therefore, who intends to be a friend of the world, makes himself an ENEMY of Elohim”.

Do you consider yourself an enemy of Elohim? You are His enemy if you love this present world more than Him!

What do you serve, or who do you serve?

Is your god security, pleasure, comfort, social position, work advancement, or the acquisition of money?

What are you living for?

Are you laying down your life for His will, or your own?
Jeremiah 16:19: “O Yahuah, my strength and my stronghold and my refuge, in the day of distress the nations shall come to You from the ends of the earth and say, `Our fathers have inherited only falsehood, futility, and there is no value in them’ ”.

There will be a remnant of people that will wake up.
Our fore fathers have inherited lies and these lies are been carried over to this generation. But there is a remnant of believers who are waking up to these lies and now searching the truth through the Set-apart (Holy) Spirit that Yahusha (Jesus) has given us.

I John 2:15-17: “Do not love the world, neither the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Because all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but the one doing the desire of Elohim remains forever”.
The world and its system is not Father's desire.
Pride is an enemy of Father.
Come out of the world's system it leads to destruction.

The calling of the watchman--Hosea 8:1: “Put a shofar to your mouth, like an eagle against the House of Yahuah because they have transgressed My covenant, and they have rebelled against My Torah” (Law).

The watchmen have faithfully warned the House of Israel, but very, very few have listened.
Do not ignore the warning.
Are you in anguish, grief, and repentance for the people of Yahuah – which a remnant will come forth, who walks in the ways and nature of Yahuah?

This is the passion of His heart.

The House of Israel/Ya’cob/Joseph is still embracing those sins.

While they might not bow down to a golden calf, or sacrifice to it, actually, still spiritually they do. Today they are still sacrificing their children to idols.
Every day good parents, sacrifice their children on satan’s altar because they are too busy satisfying their own lusts to be responsible to their children.

People work themselves into illness and even death to obtain what the culture calls success--good social position, climbing up the corporate ladder, making more money, buying a bigger house, a more expensive car, promoting their children’s success, which is usually a pride issue--this is idolatry.
Think about it carefully, are you really separate from this world, do you truly know Elohim, and are you hearing His true voice.

If you living in this world or following Father part time, then you will not hear His voice because He is Set Apart, He is clean, He is light, there is no darkness in Him or close to Him, He does not share darkness with light, which is not His nature.
Come out the world and be with Yah.

Shavuot (Shabuot or Weeks)

The Feast of Shavuot (Shabout) or Weeks, and many know it as Pentecost.
This day is one of the eight Feasts of Yahuah according to Leviticus 23. This feast is part of the spring feasts - 3rd feast of Yahuah.
Leviticus 23:15-22 is the instruction for the Feast of Shabout (Pentecost). And you shall count unto you from the morrow after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven Sabbaths shall be complete: Even unto the morrow after the seventh Sabbath shall you number fifty days; and you shall offer a new meat offering unto Yahuah.
Messiah fulfilled this day when He ascended to heaven after He was resurrected and He is now with Father Yahuah sitting at His right hand preparing for His bride.
Messiah is the first fruit; He overcame death and the grave - 1 Corinthians 15:20-26.
Messiah as the first-fruit, ascended to Father, entered into the Set-apart place once and for all, having then sprinkled His blood, making atonement for our sins (Hebrews 9:11-14).
On this Feast day the Torah (Instructions) was given on Mount Sinai and on this Feast day the Set-Apart Spirit (Holy Spirit) descended on the earlier believers of 3000 (Acts 2:1-4), becoming true believers in Messiah, filled with His Spirit, the law was now written on their hearts.
Pentecost or Feast of Weeks took place when the Covenant was made with Israel and His law was codified. It is a memorial of events at Mount Sinai.
In the New Testament, the Spirit of Yahuah was given on Pentecost (Acts 2) to empower Yahuah's people to keep the commandments.
The early disciples in Acts were obediently keeping this special day. It was upon this very day of Pentecost in Acts 2 that the Set-apart Spirit (Holy Spirit) was sent to earth to remain permanently.
Prior to that day the Set-apart Spirit was given to certain individuals for a specific purpose, and then was taken away.

This was nine days after the ascension of Yahshua (Jesus), and one of the Feasts was about to begin.
Acts 2:1 reveals, and when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. The disciples were all gathered in Jerusalem, awaiting the promise of the Father, when they were all endued with Power from on High (Acts 2:2-21).
This day of Pentecost was the birth or beginning of the New Testament Ekklesia – the Called-out Ones.
Yahusha had promised He would send the Comforter (Set-apart (Holy) Spirit) in John 16:7.
He told His disciples not to depart from Jerusalem but to await the promise of the Father, that they would be baptized of the Set-apart Spirit in a few days (Acts 1:4-5).
Ruach ha Kodesh (Hebrew) means Set-apart Spirit or as many known as the Holy Spirit.
Yahusha (Jesus) became this Old Testament symbol by presenting Himself as the Wave Sheaf offering in John 20:15-17, thus fulfilling Leviticus 23:10-11.
It is important that we understand the historical meaning of Yahuah's Feast Days so we comprehend the purpose He is working out on earth and how He is sanctifying His people.
These special days are a shadow of things yet to come; a future prophecy of events yet to unfold. Paul writes for us: Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath Day, which are a shadow of things to come; but the body of Messiah, Colossians 2:16-17.
Do notice that Paul warns us not to let simple man judge in respect to keeping a Feast Day or Sabbath Day for they "are a shadow of things to come." They foreshadow future events meaning they are prophetic.

This is what Messiah promised all believers that they would receive!
HalleluYAH!
