Isaiah's calling

Yahuah called Isaiah to go and warn the believing people that judgment is coming upon them because of their harden heart and blindness of mind - Isaiah 6:9.

Yahuah tells Isaiah to make the peoples heart fat, their ears heavy and shut their eyes - verse 10.

This means so-called believers shall be told the truth (Yahuah's word) by the prophet but their heart, hearing and sight shall be dull (closed or stupid), other words they will not accept the truth because their sin is greater than their belief.

How many people today hear the truth but do not do or live the truth.

History repeats itself!

Why? Because people do not study the scriptures for example the book of Isaiah to understand what happened in his time and thereby preventing these same mistakes to repeat again.

If only we can open our heart, ears and eyes to the truth and proclaim truth so we can be restored (healed) back Yahuah.

Then Isaiah asks Yahuah, how long will this last and Yahuah says until the land (cities) is wasted (judgment) and houses stand empty. Until the land is given over and everyone is taken to another place - Isaiah 6:11-12.

Now here is the mercy of Yahuah! Even with all the sin done by the believers, Yahuah shows mercy to those who truly turn back and follow Him.

Verse 13, Yahuah says He will save a tenth of the people.

You see that! Not all who say they believe are saved but, in this case, a tenth is saved.

Meaning they will still go through the judgment and the punishment but they will trust Yahuah and survive the period of struggle.

Isaiah uses a beautiful parable on how they will return in verse 13; “But still, there is a tenth part in it, and it shall again be for a burning, like a terebinth tree and like an oak, whose stump remains when it is cut down. The holy (set-apart) seed is its stump!”

Meaning the leaves and branches shall be destroyed by the fire but the tree trunk will survive the fire and after the fire (punishment) grow again.

 

These are those who endure till the end.

Are you and I one of them?

What are we called to do! 

Jerusalem - Revelation 21

Revelation 21 talks about the new Jerusalem and how it will look like one day.

John saw the new set-apart city Jerusalem come down all prepared as a bride - Revelation 21:2.

Verse 3 is the amazing part: “See, the Booth (Tabernacle) of Elohim is with men, and He shall dwell with them,and they shall be His people, and Elohim Himself shall be with them and be their Elohim.

 

This is also written in Leviticus 26:12 And I shall walk in your midst, and shall be your Elohim, and you shall be My people. Written in many other places.

Verse 4, one of the prophets (Isaiah) spoke about the pain and suffering that will be taken away.

Again, John sees the new Jerusalem and its beauty with the 12 tribes, 12 gates and 12 stones (verse 10 to 21; And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the set-apart Jerusalem, descending out of the heaven from Elohim, having the esteem of Elohim, and her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal, and having a great and high wall, having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve messengers, and names written on them, which are those of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve emissaries of the Lamb. And he who spoke with me had a golden measuring rod, to measure the city, and its gates, and its wall. And the city lies four-cornered, and its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the rod: two thousand two hundred kilometres – the length, and the breadth, and height of it are equal. And he measured its wall: sixty-five metres, according to the measure of a man, that is, of a messenger. And the structure of its wall was jasper. And the city was clean gold, like clear glass. And the foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth ruby, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. And the twelve gates were twelve pearls – each one of the gates was a single pearl. And the street of the city was clean gold, like transparent glass.

 

Verse 22, there is no temple in the new Jerusalem. Why, because it will be the same as it was in the beginning when Elohim walked with His people - Yahuah is its temple, and the Lamb.

Verse 27 says only the clean and those whose name is written in the Lamb's Book of life (also in Daniel 12.1) will be allowed into this new Jerusalem - only the true 12 tribes of Israel together with those who joined with Israel.

The false ones will not enter - verse 8 “But as for the cowardly, and untrustworthy, and abominable, and murderers, and those who whore, and drug sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the false, their part is in the lake which burns with fire and sulphur, which is the second death” and verse 27 And there shall by no means enter into it whatever is unclean, neither anyone doing abomination and falsehood, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. Plus, Revelation 2:9 “I know your works, and pressure, and poverty – yet you are rich – and the blasphemy of those who say they are Yehudim and are not, but are a congregation of Satan.

 

This is the Jerusalem I'm waiting for; trust you are too!

“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies (community). 

Isaiah forgiven

 

Isaiah the prophet had a vision of the greatness of Yahuah in Isaiah 6:1-4.

Was this Yahusha (Jesus) sitting on His throne that Isaiah saw in his vision?

And many Angels around Him were shouting out "Set-apart, set-apart, set apart is Yahuah!" Other words the Almighty Creator is Holy, Holy, Holy!

Do we understand “Holiness!”

Now remember Isaiah was a chosen prophet by Yahuah, because Isaiah walked the path of the Heavenly Father.

When Isaiah saw the Almighty sitting on His throne in this vision (I believe Isaiah saw Yahusha) and the angels saying He is Holy, he immediately realized that his life was not as clean as he thought it was.

Isaiah recognizes the words from his mouth (unclean lips - sin) is not pure and also the people around him had unclean lips (sin) - verse 5.

 

Why did Isaiah know that his words from his mouth was still in sin? It was because he came face to face with the Most High and saw the glory of the Holy One - the pureness of Him.

This is what happened next; An angel flew to Isaiah with a hot coal and touched the mouth of Isaiah with the coal and said to him, your sins (unclean lips) are been removed and been forgiven - verse 6-7.

 

Isaiah repented of his sin and he was forgiven.

Is this any different from what we need to do today!

Yahuah asks the following "Whom do I send, and who would go for Us?" Take note of the word “Us.”

Isaiah stuck his hand up and said "Here am I! Send me" - verse 8.

 

After this event, Isaiah became a mouth piece (prophet) for Yahuah.

Can you imagine what Isaiah must has seen that changed his whole life.

To you and me as believers the question is? Are the words we speak from our lips still in sin!

Let's look at ourselves and make sure whatever comes out of our mouth, that it is clean and good words.

Once we understand how Set-apart (Holy) the Almighty is, will we understand what it takes to walk in His path.

In His Words only!

The parable - Isaiah 5

We know Yahusha (Jesus) told many parables in the 4 gospels but here in Isaiah 5, a parable is also been spoken.

The parable is about a vineyard and the growing of grapes.

The prophet Isaiah describes how Yahuah made the vineyard by clearing all the stones and planted the best vines. In this farm land He had a winepress to make the wine.

Then Yahuah waited for the yielding of the grapes, but He only received rotten grapes - Isaiah 5:1-2.

 

This is what Yahuah says from verse 3-4; please judge between Me and my vineyard because what more could I have done to have received the best, choicest grapes, instead of the rotten ones.

 

Yahuah says in verse 5-6, what does He have to do to this vineyard that produces rotten grapes; The vines will be burned down, the ground shall be trampled on and thorns and weeds shall grow in it. He will send no rain to the vineyard and therefore the land will be a waste land.

What does this parable mean?

The vineyard is the nation of Israel and the vines are the people - verse 7.

 

Yahuah says in the same verse, He looked for good but saw bad (oppression), He looked for right but only found wickedness.

Yahuah explains in this parable that He gives blessings like food, rain, children and health to those who have accepted Him as their Elohim (Almighty) - this is the vineyard.

What He wants in return is love, obedience and worship - this is the good vine (good fruit).

The meaning of this parable for us today!

If you have repented, been born again from above and believing in Yahusha (Jesus), you will receive the vineyard. In this vineyard you need to grow into bearing good fruit, you will give love, obedience and worship to Yahuah through Yahusha.

It is simple; You believe in the one true Creator, trust and obey Him, then He will give you all His blessings but if you believe He is the one true Creator and you do not trust and obey Him then He will have no choice but to remove you (if you do not turn back to Him). 

In that day - Isaiah 4

 

"In that day" is mentioned twice in this chapter, first one in verse 1 and second time in verse 2.

What does this mean "In that day?"

I must confess that I am not 100% sure if this prophesy is complete or still in process of been fulfilled.

I will give you my view on what Isaiah said in chapter 4 1-2, and I pray the Set-apart (Holy) Spirit guides you and I in understanding this writing from the prophet.

What does the 2 verses say about "in that day!"

 

Verse 1 many women (believers) shall come to one man (believer) and say, we will have our own belongings and make our own food but only let us be married to you so that our disgrace/shame can be taken away from us.

Verse 2 The Branch (Messiah) will be beautiful (known) and be glorified and the fruit of the earth shall be blessed for the true believers.

"In that day," can mean two things in my view; First view of verse 1:  There were more woman than men during the period when Israel were at war and many men were killed. This would be a period between all the Kings of Israel, starting with David until the Messiah came. Believing woman wanted to be married to one believing man so they can be spiritually covered.

First view of verse 2: When Messiah came in the time when Israel was under the rule of other nations like example Rome, believers who truly followed Yahuah accepted and followed the Messiah. These believers in Messiah were blessed in all their ways.

Second view of verse 1 is future: There will be more believing woman then believing men in the near future and many believing woman will want to stay or be married to this single believing man so they can be spiritually covered.

Second view of verse 2 is future: Only at the second coming of Messiah will the new Kingdom of Yahuah be beautiful, glorified completely and the true believing Israel will be blessed in all their ways.

 

I have two questions on these two verses which I do not have a clear answer?

Firstly, are the two verses related to each other or are they two different prophesies.

Secondly, has this prophesy happened already or is it still to happen or did it happen already but it will happen a second time in the near future.

Oh Yahuah, I pray Your Set-apart Spirit (Holy Spirit) gives me understanding.

Woman proudness

Isaiah also prophases about rebellious woman in Isaiah 3:16-24.

Woman who are proud, seductive, dressed up, using jewellery and make-up to be noticed and lustful. Remember it is not non-believing women but to the believing woman of Yahuah the prophet is talking too.

A believing woman or man in the Almighty does not live as the worlds women or men live, they are different to the rest of the world.

The fruit they carry are good fruit.

 

Woman reading this message may not be happy for what is written but this comes directly out of the scripture.

These types of woman Yahuah are not happy with; those that are haughty (arrogant and full of pride), disdainfully proud, seductive eyes (lustful make-up/dressing), mincing (dainty or delicate, walking or speaking not normal as if better than others).

Yahuah said He is going to remove these from woman and they shall be stripped of their fine apparel, and be clothed in rags, so that their nakedness shall be seen - Isaiah 3:17.

Yahuah takes away; beauty of ornaments, jewellery, their hair dos (curls), necklaces, ear pearls (earrings), chains, bracelets, scoffs (veils), fancy head dress, ornaments of the legs,  sashes (a long band or scarf worn over one shoulder or around the waist), perfumes, amulets (a charm in ear or around neck), rings, nose jewels, costly robes, cloaks, shawls (a large piece of cloth worn by women over their shoulders and/or head), purses (hand bags), mirrors, fine linen, turbans (hoods) and large veils - Isaiah 3:17-23.

And this Yahuah will give the woman instead - punishment; bad fragrance (stink perfume), a rope, a bold head, sackcloth (baggy clothes) and scars (on face or arms or body) - Isaiah 3:24.

 

Satan is misleading many women away from the role Yahuah created them for.

Woman have a very important part in Yahuah's creation but feminism, abortion, free sex (many lovers), way of dressing, tattoos, body botox, pride, having children without a father and homosexuality is making more woman sad, unhappy, suicide and lonely than ever before.

Let's pray our woman release this lie and turn back to Yahuah through Yahusha (Jesus) the Messiah.  

Confusion in the house of the believer

 

Isaiah prophesies of the destruction, removal of food and people by Yahuah - Isaiah 3:1-3.

If you read verse 2-3 carefully it is talking about losing good judges, loss of respected men, loss of prophets, loss of skilled people who do good work.

Does this sound like what is happening to us today! The land is falling apart!

Listen to verse 4-5, no respect for elders, the youth rebels, children run the show, pressure is put on all, be it - work, food, water, health, the land and the poor become poorer and the rich become richer.

This all brings confusion to the house of the believer. Nobody trusts each other, dad argues with mom, dad no longer wants to be the head of the house.

This all because we turned away from Yahuah and did our own thing - Isaiah 3;4-8.

WOE is said twice in verse 9 and 11.

Woe to those who do sin openly, no longer worried who sees. But they bring judgment upon themselves.

Woe to the wrong - the evil/wicked ones! They will be rewarded for their wrong doings!

Isaiah 3:9 The look on their faces witnesses against them, and they declare their sin as Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to their being! For they have brought evil upon themselves.

Isaiah 3:11 “Woe to the wrong – evil! For the reward of his hand is done to him.

Isaiah 3:12 "Rebellious people," the youth, women and leaders; all lead astray, Judging is coming to the people, leaders and those who plunder the land and the poor - Isaiah 3:13-14.

Can you see what is coming!

This is not something new, Isaiah has warned us, it is coming but the question is; are we ready! Are we following Yahuah truly, if not, turn back to Him.

He is the only way, through Messiah Yahusha!
