Yahuah's calling

Only Heavenly Father can make the call!

Yahusha (Jesus) says; Matthew 20:16 “Thus the last shall be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.”

and again, Mathew 22:14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”

John 3:27 No man is able to receive any matter unless it is given to him from the heaven.

John 6:44 No one is able to come to Messiah unless the Father who sent Messiah draws him.

John 6:65 Messiah said that no one is able to come to Me unless it has been given to him by My Father.

John 17:9 Messiah praying for those whom Father has given to Messiah, because they are Father's called out ones.

The few that are chosen is the ones that obey Father Yahuah's Will.

Matthew 19:27-29 Messiah telling the 12 apostles what awaits for them because they have accepted Father's calling and followed Him. We read; Then Peter answering, said to Him, “See, we have left all and followed You. What then shall we have?” And Yahusha said to them, “Truly I say to you, when the Son of Adam sits on the throne of His esteem, you who have followed Me in the rebirth, shall also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. “And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My Name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

Many hear but few believe. Many are members of the visible (flesh) but few are of the invisible (Spirit). Yahusha said the 12 tribes of Israel will be judged by the called out ones.
No man can believe in Messiah unless Father Yahuah draws him (gives him power to believe). It will be given to those only who will receive it on Yahuah's own terms.

How and when does Father call? I believe He will only call someone when that person's heart (soul) is ready. Only Father knows the heart of each person. Therefore He would know if that person is ready or not for him/her to be called.

Are you ready to be called, is your heart's desire to follow Father Yahuah truly and with all your heart.

Are you prepared to turn away from the worldly pleasures.

Father Yahuah knows everybody's heart and He knows who He can call.

The question is, will you accept His calling when He does call you and will you keep your calling till the end.

Are you the chosen, His servant, just like the Messiah is called the Chosen Servant.

Isaiah 41:8-9 “But you, Israel, are My servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, the descendants of Abraham My friend, whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called from its farthest parts, and said to You, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and have not rejected you.

Isaiah 42:1 “See, My Servant whom I uphold, My Chosen One My being has delighted in! I have put My Spirit upon Him (Messiah); He brings forth right-ruling to the nations.

Forgiveness

Luke 17:3; If your brother sins against you, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.

If someone sins against you, example steals your money, you need to tell him that he is sinning (doing wrong = rebuke) and when he realizes he has done wrong and asks you to forgive him, then Messiah says we must forgive.

No matter what he has done, if you truly have the Spirit of Messiah, you would forgive him. If you cannot forgive,  you must ask yourself if you really have Messiah's Spirit.

Verse 4; If he sins against you 7 times in a day, and 7 times in that same day he comes back to you and repents, you shall forgive him.

Matthew 6:14-15 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father shall also forgive you. “But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither shall your Father forgive your trespasses.

No matter how many times a person sins against you, if he/she comes back and says they are sorry, and they truly are, you must forgive.

I am not talking about someone that says "I am sorry" but later does the same thing again. That apology is a false apology.

Matthew 18:21-22 Then Peter came to Him and said, “Master, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” Yahusha said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.

It is not easy to forgive but forgiveness is a true test of having Messiah's Spirit.

If you cannot forgive, then Heavenly Father Yahuah will also not forgive.

In fact Yahuah will not hear your prayer if you cannot forgive.

So if you wonder why your prayers stay unanswered, you should search your heart for any bitterness towards another person and ask forgiveness.

An unforgiving heart or bitterness may also cause sickness and you my pray for healing and not receive any.

Un-forgiveness and bitterness is a block between the Creator Father and yourself, a block to hear Yahuah's voice, His forgiveness, His healing, His favor and spiritual growth.

A true believer has a forgiving heart!

Command 10

The last of the Ten Commandments or 10 Words against coveting is aimed directly at the heart and mind of every human being.

“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house, you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is your neighbor’s” - Exodus 20:17.

Our transgressions of Yahuah's law of love begin in the heart as Yahusha (Jesus) confirmed. “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man” - Mark 7:21-23.

Coveting is an immoral longing for something that is not rightfully ours. That is usually because the object of our desire already belongs to someone else.
But coveting can also include our wanting far more than we would rightful deserve or that would be our rightful share.

The opposite of coveting is a positive desire to help others preserve and protect their blessings from Yahuah (Heavenly Father).
We should rejoice when other people are blessed.

Our natural ways is always to think of ourselves first. We are far more interested in what we can get rather than what we can give.

He tells us to stop thinking only of ourselves and to quit seeking only our interests.

Coveting is the selfish approach to life and selfishness is the root of our transgressions of Yahuah's laws. Coveting can be a root cause of many sins including murder and warfare. If not controlled, what begins as a thought becomes an obsession that leads to an act.

All of us have “conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind” - Ephesians 2:3.

The apostle Paul's description of covetous people in the last days is instructive. “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous … 2 Timothy 3:1-5.

One glaring example of the almost universal acceptance of covetousness is the ongoing popularity of government run lotteries. Millions of people surrender part of their pay salary each week hoping to win a fantasy life of ease and luxury. Likewise, the gambling meccas of the world are hugely popular vacation resorts specializing in entertainment appealing to our improper instincts. Promoting covetousness is big business. Advertising agencies and research firms make a science out of manipulating the selfish appetites of consumers.

We are a covetous society from the least to the greatest. Covetousness is much more serious than just a social disorder.

When we put greed, lust and self above Yahuah, coveting becomes idolatry.

Paul elsewhere links the sins of coveting with idolatry, pointing out that these and other sins can prevent us from entering Yahuah's Kingdom - Read Ephesians 5:5 For this you know, that no one who whores, nor unclean one, nor one greedy of gain, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the reign of Messiah and Elohim.

To combat covetousness, we must have faith that Yahuah will provide a way for us to satisfy our legitimate needs. We have good reason to have such confidence.

The Scriptures promise that He will never abandon us if we obey and trust Him.

Covetousness cannot be defeated without help from Yahuah.

The negative pulls of human nature are simply too powerful for us to overcome by ourselves. To receive the help we need, we must ask for it especially requesting that Yahuah will give us the set-apart Spirit (Holy Spirit) (Luke 11:13).

Then we must allow Yahuah's Spirit to work in us to change the way we think. “Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh,” Paul writes. “Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

We need to orient our desires in the right direction.

Yahusha (Jesus) explained that we should “seek first the kingdom of Yahuah and His righteousness” - Matthew 6:33.

He also instructed us to “lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust does corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal - Matthew 6:20-21.

Yahuah says that “wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it” -Proverbs 8:11.

Yahuah wants concern for others to be the motivation for our desires.

Sometimes our service to them will result in wonderful rewards for us.

But only if our hearts are focused on giving rather than getting will our desires be channeled in the right direction.

We must replace coveting with service and love for other people.

Confess the Messiah

How strong is your believe in Messiah. What would you give up for the Messiah's will.

Hear the following words from Messiah Yahusha (Jesus)! His words should be taken seriously.

In Matthew 10:32-39 and Luke 12:53; He said that everyone that confesses Him before other people, He the Messiah will confess before His Father. But whoever denies Him before other people, He shall deny them before His Father in the Heavens.

In verse 34; the Messiah said that He did not come to bring peace on earth but only division. Division between son and his father, a daughter against her mother and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. Messiah said that a man's enemies are those of his own family.

Verse 37-39; Messiah says that whoever loves his father, mother, son, daughter, his own life and does not take his own stake (cross) is not worthy to follow Him.

These are very hard words coming from the Messiah. What division is Yahusha speaking about?

It is the believing family member against the unbelieving family member. It is the family member that knows the truth against the family member that knows only half truth. The family member that worships the true living Creator Father Yahuah against the family member that worships the devil. The family member that lives separate from the world pleasures against the family member that lives in the worldly pleasures. He has come to divide the righteous family member from the unrighteous family member.

Mark 3:32-35; People told Yahusha (Jesus) that His mother and His brothers are looking for Him. Messiah answered "Who is my mother and my brothers?" He looked around over the crowed people and said the following "For whoever does the desire (will) of Elohim (Almighty) is My mother and My brother."

Heavenly Father is more important than your mother, your father, your wife, your husband, your son or daughter.

Would you give up one of your family member to follow the truth, the desire of Messiah Yahusha.
The answer should be "Yes" if you truly love Elohim.

Matthew 19:29; says that whoever left houses, or work, or families, or lands for His Name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold and inherit everlasting life.

Luke 6:22; anybody that is hated, or is injured, or cast out for the sake of Messiah's Name, will be blessed.

Luke 14:26; Yahusha said that He must be loved more than any family. If the family member is more important than Him, then he is unable to be His disciple.

Luke 21:16-17; Says families will betray the believing family member. All those who are believers in Messiah will be hated by unbelievers even by their own family who are not true believers.

Father Yahuah says the believer in Yahusha Messiah must show love to even his enemies, which includes the unbelieving family. But the believer must still be set apart and still do the desires of Yahusha (Jesus).

How did Messiah react between unbelievers?

He still did the Father's will, and so to should we do the Father's will between our enemies.

Let Messiah's light shine in the dark.

Listening to the Word

How do we listen to the word of Elohim? When we hear His word, what do we do with His truth.

A parable given by Yahusha (Jesus) regarding His Word.

Luke 8:5-10 “A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some indeed fell by the wayside. And it was trodden down, and the birds of the heaven devoured it. “And other fell on rock, and when it grew up, it withered because it had no moisture. “And other fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up with it and choked it. “And other fell on the good soil, and grew up, and yielded a crop a hundredfold.” Having said this He cried, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” And His taught ones were asking Him, saying, “What does this parable mean?” And He said, “To you it has been given to know the secrets of the reign of Elohim, but to the rest in parables, that ‘Seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not understand.’

Luke 8:11-15; is the parable of the seed which is the Word of Elohim (Almighty) and how people react differently to His Word.

Seed 1 - fell by the wayside: those on the side walk hear the truth, then the devil comes and takes the word away from their heart. They become unbelievers, become part of the wicked world and it's system.

Seed 2 - fell on the rock: those on the rock hear and receive the word of truth with joy but only believe for awhile and in time of trail fall away. They are the ones that are tested and fail due to the worldly pleasures. They only know Messiah when in trouble.

Seed 3 - fell among the thorns: those in-between the thorns hear the word of truth but keep worrying about worldly pleasures and riches, they bear no true fruit. They are the ones that worship on a sunday and then join the pleasures of the world during the week (worship Father and also hold hands with the devil at the same time). Lukewarm believers.

Seed 4 - fell on good soil: those on the good soil hear the word with a noble and good heart, retain the word in their heart and bear true good fruit with everlasting endurance or patience. They are the ones that worship Father every minute of the day. Do not partake in the pleasures of the world, they are Set-Apart people only doing Messiah's will. They are lead by the Spirit of Messiah and not by their own will.

Messiah gives a parable of what would become of the Word which He sowed, and also shockingly, how it would become utterly mixed with the birds (representing the wicked one), the darnel which the devil sowed (darnel being the counterfeit wheat = lawlessness, the lawless), the leaven (representing evil and wickedness, as well as the hypocrisy and lawlessness of the Pharisees and other religionists), and the rotten ones!

So the question is which seed are you; 1, 2, 3 or 4.

When the Messiah told this parable He said the following; "He who has ears to hear, let him hear" - Luke 8:8.

Do not be the ones that do not see or hear as written in Luke 8:10 and Isaiah 6:9, and He said, “Go, and you shall say to this people, ‘Hearing, you hear, but do not understand; and seeing, you see, but do not know.’
